Long_tracks_preop (6 of 8)
This case had two long tracks into the right buttock, one 6 cm to the right of the midline primary pit but with no external opening, and the other 11 cm. from the midline primary pit, tunnelling to the right and downwards to reach the perianal region to the right of the anus. Actually there were two primary pits close together, one for each track. The opening for the longer track is being probed in this picture. |
